慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨便秘对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者的影响及其治疗方法。方法回顾分析2004年1月-2008年3月于濮阳市安阳地区医院呼吸科住院治疗的463例COPD合并便秘患者的病历资料。结果463例COPD合并便秘患者中,腹胀、厌食者325例,合并自发性气胸者4例,猝死1例。因便秘问题引起类似COPD急性加重者15例。解除便秘问题后,317例胸闷、呼吸困难者症状明显好转,325例腹胀、厌食患者症状均得到不同程度好转。结论便秘与COPD症状的加重、病情的急性发作及并发症的形成均有密切关系,针对COPD治疗的同时应积极的处理便秘问题。Objective To discuss the influence of constipation on COPD＇ s patients. Methods Clinical data of 463 patients with COPD and constipation from January 2004 to March 2008 in Department of Respiratory of Anyang Local Hospital of Puyang City were reviewed and analyzed. Resuits Among these 463 cases,there were 325 patients suffered from the distension of the abdomen and losses of appetite; 4 patients complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax and one died suddenly. There were 15 aggravative cases similar COPD was caused by the constipation problems. After relieving the constipation problem,317 chest stuffy and breath difficulty symptom cases changed for the better obviously;325 distension of the abdomen and the anorexia patients obtained varying degree change. Conclusion There exists close relation between the constipation and symptom aggravation of COPD condition acute outbreak and complication formation. We should adopt the positive treatment for constipation.
