杨氏欣痨宁胶囊免疫调节作用的实验研究

摘　　要：研究复方中药制剂杨氏欣痨宁胶囊(YLN)对小鼠的免疫调节作用,为YLN的临床研究提供实验依据。通过建立环磷酰胺(CY)所致免疫功能低下ICR小鼠模型,研究YLN对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清凝集素和DTH降低或增强模型的影响。研究结果显示YLN高、中剂量组均能明显增强Mφ的吞噬功能,使其达到正常水平(P<0.01);YLN中剂量组可显著提高小鼠血清凝集素水平(P<0.01);YLN高、中剂量组均可使受抑制的DTH反应恢复至正常水平,以YLN中剂量组作用最佳;YLN高、中剂量组又使CY增强的DTH反应降低至正常水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。研究表明,YLN对免疫功能低下模型小鼠的免疫功能有上调作用,并可使降低或增高的DTH反应恢复至正常水平。To investigate the immunoregulatory effect of a Chinese medicine YLN with anti-tuberculous activity in order to pro- vide the experimental basis for its clinical use. The effect of YI.N on the phagocytic activity of macrophages, serum level of agglutinin and delayed type of hypersensitivity （DTH） was observed in the mouse immunosuppressive model induced by cyclo-phosphamide. The experimental results showed that both the high and middle doses of YLN could improve significantly the function of macrophages up to normal level（P〈0.01） ; the serum level of agglutinin was elevated with middle dose of YLN （P〈0.01） and the suppressed DTH reaction could be restored to normal level by means of both high and middle doses of YLN （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. These results indicate that the Chinese medicine YLN capsule has an up-regulatory effect on the immuno-suppressive mouse model and restore the reduced or improved function of delayed type of hypersensitivity to normal level.
