摘　　要：在韩国的第二大城市—釜山的边缘地区，一家建筑公司修建了一座引人注目的新建筑。建筑物坚固、巨大的基座上方为不规则大体量出挑结构。立面上竖直方向的薄膜使大体量的建筑显得体态轻盈。夜晚，室内光线透过充气的半透明ETFE薄膜照亮建筑立面，薄膜上印有以该公司的缩微版标识构成的纹理图案。A construction firm＇s new building is commanding attention in a district on the periphery of Busan, the second largest city in Korea. The building＇s irregularly shaped massing cantilevers beyond the solid, overgrown plinth. Vertical foil cushions in the facade make the large volume appear to be lightweight. The inflated, translucent ETFE membrane - its texture was attained by imprinting the membrane with a miniature version of the company＇s logo - is illuminated from within at night. The company has combined its real-estate showroom with cultural amenities to benefit the district＇s residents. The plinth zone accommodates parking and services; the two levels above it are taken up by complexly interlocking spaces housing the non-profit and cultural offerings. Event spaces are inserted, as distinct volumes, in a spacious interior landscape. Variously shaped stairs and paths - a composition of folded planes, some of them with planted surfaces - lead through the space. The neutral, 3000 m2 exhibition space on the third storey - in which up to seven of the construction firm＇s show flats are displayed - is in marked contrast to the dynamic sequence of spaces below it. Despite the project＇s rapid pace - it was designed and realized in just ten months - the standard of design is high and this building has made its mark.
