摘　　要：在对北京市快速路、主次干道通行能力进行调查研究的基础上,提出了最大服务流率的概念,将服务水平和通行能力有机地联系在一起。对北京城市道路服务水平进行定量划分,确定服务水平定量划分的标准。文章的相关研究成果将为北京市道路规划和设计提供理论依据和数据支持。This study investigated and analyzed expressways, major arterials and minor arterials in Beijing; It brought forward the concept of maximum service flow. Standards and service level of the city roads have been come up with. In this paper, the relevant research results will provide theory and data support for road planning and design in terms of capacity.
