摘　　要：在分析城市土地开发强度与交通之间相互关系的基础上,提出"以供定需"的用地交通关系。通过对路网交通需求量和交通供给量的定量研究,建立路网饱和度与土地开发强度之间的数学模型,并提出得到合理土地开发强度的交通门槛值。最后以上海市徐汇区为实例,验证论文提出的确定合理土地开发强度方法的可行性和适用性。Based on the analyzing the interaction between urban land-development intensity and transportation, this paper propose the ralationgs under ＂There will be a need for＂ ideological. First the paper studies the quantitative research on road network’s traffic demand and traffic supply. Then try to establish the mathematical models between road network saturation and intensity of land. At last it brings forward the traffic threshold value under which land can be developed at reasonable intensity. At last, Xuhui District is given as an example. Validate the certification and applicability of the method which determine the feasibility land development intensity.
