无障碍出租汽车的效益分析及管理导向

摘　　要：为了推动我国残疾人事业的发展和解决残疾人的出行问题,应推广无障碍出租汽车服务。文章中首先简要介绍了无障碍出租汽车的定义特征,同时对我国的无障碍出租汽车提出了设计要求。接着,从目前我国出租汽车行业本身的现状和无障碍出租汽车的市场需求两方面说明无障碍出租汽车在我国具备很好的发展前景。最后,适应我国的国情,准确地定位无障碍出租汽车在发展初期的服务范围和性质,并对其进行有效管理给出了结论性的意见。In order to improve the development of services for the disabilities and solve the traffic difficulties for them, and promote accessibility-Taxi services, at the beginning of this paper, the definition of WAT, the designation of the vehicle and its manufacture experiences are introduced, and the criterion for WAT＇s designation is proposed too. Then the paper considers the situation of taxi in our country and the requirement of WAT＇s service, so the conclusion that this industry will be well performed in China is elicited. At last, the paper gives its client range and mode of service clearly based on the situation of our country, and also gives proposition that how to promote the management perfectly.
