细旦涤纶织物高温分散匀染剂SS—97的性能研究

摘　　要：本文着重研究了细旦涤纶织物高温分散匀染剂SS—97的表面特性,以及高温分散性、匀染性、移染性、上染率和染色牢度等染色性能;对不同结构、不同粒径的分散染料以及不同品种织物的适用性,进行了大样试验。试验表明,高温分散匀染剂SS—97能耐高温,对染料有较好的增溶能力和高温分散性;有较强的移染能力,在细旦涤纶织物上具有良好的匀染效果,并有较高的上染率和满意的染色牢度,对不同结构、粒径的染料和不同纤度的纤维均具有良好的适用性。The surface properties and dispersity .as well as dyeing properties such as levelness,migration, dye uptake and dyeing fastness of SS-97 high temperature disperse leveler for fine denier polyester have been investigated. Its suitability to disperse dyes with different construction and grain size, and variant fabrics has been studied . Based on trials, SS-97 leveler features high temperature resistance, good solubilization and high temperature dispersity for disperse dyes, excellent dye migration and levelness, high dye uptake, satisfied dyeing fastness for the fabric, and wide suitability for disperse dyes with variant construction and grain size and different denier fibres . The applied properties are better than that of FZ-802.
