摘 要:CD4+ T细胞是免疫系统中最重要的免疫调节细胞,20世纪80年代以来,根据分泌细胞因子和功能将其分为Th1、Th2、调节性T(Treg)细胞三个亚群:Th1细胞主要介导细胞免疫应答;Th2与体液免疫应答有关;Treg细胞提高机体的免疫耐受。Th17细胞为新发现的一种CD4+ T细胞亚群,高水平分泌细胞因子白细胞介素-17,介导炎症性反应,可能与多种自身免疫性疾病的发病机制有关,对其深入的研究可能提供新的治疗靶点。CD4^+T cells are the most important ceils with the function of immunologic regulation in immune system. Since 1980s, these ceils have been divided into 3 groups according to their pattern of cytokine production and functions: Thl cells are associated with cell mediated immunity, Th2 ceils are involved in humoral immunity and regulatory T (Treg) cells can improve immunotolerance. Recently, a new CD4^+ effector T cell subset has emerged and been named Th17 based on production of interleukin (IL)-17. They can lead to inflammatory response, and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of many kinds of autoimmune diseases. Th17 cells are expected to be a new therapeutic target in autoimmunity with the in-depth study in the future.
