摘 要:通过对地不容总生物碱的不同提取方法进行比较,从而确定最佳提取工艺.进一步采用正交设计法,以总生物碱提取率为考察指标,通过对乙醇浓度、溶媒比、超声波提取时间、回流时间4个因素进行考察,确定最佳提取工艺为:75%乙醇为提取溶剂,乙醇与地不容的溶媒比为12,先超声提取60min,再回流提取1h,共回流提取2次为地不容总生物碱提取的最佳条件.本工艺简单合理,提取率高,具有良好的可行性.The optimum extraction conditions for extracting total alkaloids from Stephania epigaea were studied in an orthogonal experiment, in which 4 factors (alcohol concentration, ethanol: S. epigaea ratio,ultrasonic extraction time and reflux time) were examined, with the extraction rate of total alkaloids as the final indicator. The optimum extraction technology was identified as: extraction solvent, 75 percent etha-nol; ethanol: S. epigaea ratio, 12; ultrasonic extraction time, 60 mim; and two refluxes, 1 h for each time. The process proved to be simple and reasonable, with high extraction rate and good feasibility.
