摘  要:对干旱胁迫对柑橘W.默科特叶片膜脂过氧化及膜保护酶活性进行研究,结果表明,在轻度胁迫(SRWC=65%)、中度胁迫(SRWC=45%)时,W.默科特叶片中SOD、POD活性均随水分胁迫程度的加深而表现出上升的变化趋势;CAT活性和MDA含量均随水分胁迫程度的加深而表现先下降后上升的变化趋势.但在重度胁迫(SRWC=25%~5%)时,SOD、POD、CAT活性均表现出下降的变化趋势,MDA含量缓慢上升.试验表明一定的干旱胁迫能显著提高保护酶的活性.An experiment was conducted with the seedless orange line W · Murcott (Citrus reticulata Blanco × Citrus sinensis Osb. cv. Murcott), Carrizo being the rootstock, to study the effects of drought stress on membrane lipid peroxidation and activity of the membrane protective enzymes in W· Murcott leaves. The protective enzyme activities of membrane and MDA contents under the drought stress in five treatments [soil relative water content (SRWC) : 85%, 65%, 45%, 25% and 5%] were investigated. Under mild drought stress (SRWC= 65%) and moderate drought stress (SRWC=45%), with increasing drought stress, SOD and POD activity in the leaves rose, and CAT activity and MDA content declined first and rose thereafter. Under severe drought stress (SRWC=25%--5%), the activities of SOD, POD and CAT all showed a declining trend, while MDA contents increased slowly. It is concluded from the experiment results that drought stress may significantly improve the activity of protective enzymes.
