摘  要:从香樟分离得到139株内生细菌,采用对峙生长法评价了内生细菌对常见植物病原真菌辣椒疫霉病原菌(Phytophthora Capsici Leonian)、苹果炭疽病原菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)、棉花枯萎菌(Fusariumoxys-porumvasinfectum)、玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilumturcicum(Pass.)Leonardet Suggs)的体外抑制情况.同时,通过内生细菌在微晶纤维平板上的生长情况,对其利用纤维素能力进行了评价.试验结果表明:内生细菌中有35株至少对一种植物病原菌有抑制作用;对辣椒疫霉病原菌(Phytophthora Capsici Leonian)、玉米大斑病菌(Exserohi-lumturcicum(Pass.)Leonardet Suggs)有较为明显的抑制效果;20株能够利用纤维素生长,而且,XG10同时具备抑菌和纤维素分解能力.A total of 139 endophytic bacterium strains were isolated from Cinnamomum camphora (Linn.) Presl and their in vitro inhibition of Phytophthora capsici Leonian, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Fusarium oxysporum vasinfectum, and Exserohilumturcicum (Pass.) was studied with the duel-growth method. Their ability to utilize cellulose was evaluated by their growth on Avicel plate. Thirty-five strains were shown to inhibit at least one plant pathogen, especially Phytophthora capsici Leonian, or Exserohilum-turcicurn (Pass.) Leonard et Suggs. Twenty strains could utilize cellulose. Further study showed that XG10 had not only antifungal activities, but also the capacity of cellulose decomposition.
