摘  要:研究了低温胁迫对彩叶草盆栽苗叶片生理生化特性的影响.结果表明,低温胁迫导致彩叶草幼苗叶片相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、MDA含量、CAT酶活性均发生显著的变化.随着胁迫温度降低,彩叶草幼苗叶片的细胞膜相对电导率、可溶性糖含量逐渐升高;而MDA含量和CAT活性则在不同处理时间上表现比较复杂,对于MDA含量,随着温度的降低,处理4h、8h和12h时,分别表现先降后升、先升后降和先急剧升高而后缓慢下降;而CAT活性,随着温度的降低,处理4h和8h时,都呈现先升后降,而处理12h时,则表现逐渐升高.随着低温时间的延长,相对电导率呈现先升高后下降;8℃低温处理,可溶性糖含量和MDA含量随着时间的延长逐渐增加;而5℃低温处理后,其可溶性糖含量和MDA含量随着处理时间的延长表现出先下降后升高;CAT活性随着低温时间的延长先急剧升高后下降.In a pot experiment, low temperature stress caused significant changes in relative electrical conductivity, soluble sugar (SSC) and MDA contents and CAT activity in the leaves of Coleus blumei seedlings. With decreasing temperature, relative electrical conductivity and SSC increased continuously; while the content of MDA first decreased and then increased in the 4-hour low temperature treatment, first increased and then dropped in the 8-hour low temperature treatment, and first increased sharply and then dropped slowly in the 12-hour low temperature treatment; the activity of CAT first increased and then dropped in the 4- and 8-hour low temperature treatments, and increased gradually in the 12-hour low temperature treatment. With the extension of low temperature stress, the relative electrical conductivity first rose and then dropped, but SSC and MDA increased gradually at 8℃ and first dropped and then rose at 5 ℃. The activity of CAT increased sharply and then dropped as low temperature stress duration prolonged.
