摘 要:针对循环冷却排污水含盐量高、悬浮物多、排量大的特点,本文将超滤技术引入循环冷却排污水预处理系统,用于去除水中悬浮物、胶体等物质,以降低水的浊度和污染指数,满足后续反渗透处理的进水要求。该超滤装置设在反渗透装置之前,主要由提升泵、超滤装置、超滤蓄水箱、加压泵等组成。试验表明,超滤出水浊度基本保持在0.1-0.5NTU之间而且比较稳定,说明超滤降浊作用明显,能够满足反渗透进水对浊度<1.0NTU的要求;出水SDI值在0.5-2.0之间变化,满足反渗透对SDI<4的要求,说明超滤对降低污染指数是有效的。The article uses UF to pre-treat circulating cooling drainage which has the feature of higher salt concentration, more suspended materials, larger rate of discharge, for removing the contaminants in circulating cooling drainage, such as suspended materials, colloidal particles, etc. The treatment by UF can diminish the turbidity and SDI of drainage, to satisfy the technological requirement of RO. The UF apparatus which is arranged the front part of RO as a treatment booster, is constituted of lift pump, UF apparatus, water reservoir, pressurized pump, etc. It is demonstrated that the turbidity of water outlet from UF can keep range from 0.1 NTU to 0.5 NTU and the turbidity is stable by this application experiment. It illustrates that the UF pretreatment can satisfy the demand of turbidity below 1.0 NUT of RO water induction. Moreover the SDI of water treated by UF changes from 0.5 to 2.0, which can satisfy the requirement that the SDI of water inducted into RO is below 4, and, it is effective to reduce SDI of circulating cooling drainage by UF.
