摘  要:目的探讨635 nm GaAlAs激光照射对急性骨骼肌钝挫伤大鼠组织学愈合进程及腓肠肌Ⅱb型肌球蛋白重链(MHC-Ⅱb)mRNA表达的影响。方法建立大鼠急性骨骼肌钝挫伤模型,激光治疗组采用美国Erchonia EML(ML2)型低功率GaALAs激光器在钝挫伤局部进行照射,正常对照组、自然愈合组不进行照射。通过HE染色光镜观察、透射电镜观察和实时荧光定量PCR法,对损伤区域腓肠肌进行形态学和分子生物学研究。结果HE染色光镜观察和电镜观察结果显示,激光照射组肌肉再生速度显著快于自然愈合组,且胶原纤维生成很少;激光治疗组腓肠肌MHC-Ⅱb mRNA的表达量在损伤后第2、3、7天显著高于自然愈合组。结论635 nm GaAlAs激光能促进急性骨骼肌钝挫伤模型大鼠腓肠肌MHC-Ⅱb mRNA的表达,从而促进肌肉再生,提高愈合质量。Objective To investigate the effects of 635 nm GaAlAs laser on the expression of MHC-Ⅱb mRNA in the rat muscle contusion models.Methods The rat muscle contusion models were set up,the injured muscle in the low level laser therapy(LLLT) groups was exposed to laser produced by Erchonia EML(ML2) laser generator made in USA,that in the control group and natural healing group was not exposed to the laser irradiation.The muscle of the rats was analyzed by histological and molec-ular biology techniques.Results The results of optics microscope and electronic microscope and it re-vealed that low energy GaAlAs laser can promote the regeneration after skeletal muscle injury,acceler-ate the healing process,lessen the scar formation;the results of real-time PCR revealed that low energy GaAlAs laser can improve the expression of MHC-Ⅱb mRNA in the injuried muscle significantly.Con-clusion Six hundred and thirty five nm GaAlAs laser can stimulate the expression of MHC-Ⅱb mRNA,accelerate the regeneration speed of the injured muscle,promote the regeneration of the injured muscle.
