摘 要:多电极微阵列(multi-electrode arrays,MEA)技术的发展,使同时记录多个神经元活动成为可能。在多电极阵列芯片上体外培养海马神经元网络,采用互相关函数对神经元网络自发信号进行分析。通过分析不同电极上的锋电位序列信号,互相关函数可以找出它们之间的相互联系,从而映射出相应神经元之间的连接状况和动态特性。实验结果表明:互相关函数能够描述神经元网络的结构及神经元间电活动的动态特性,并有助于我们了解神经元群体活动对信息的综合处理与编码。With the developing of multi- electrode arrays (MEA) technology, it is possible to record the activities of neurons simultaneously. The dissociated rat hippocampal neurons were cultured on a multi - electrode array (MEA) substrate and grew into neuronal networks in vitro. The cross - correlation function method was introduced to analysis the spontaneous firing of spontaneous activity. By analyzing the spike trains on different electrodes detected, the cross - correlation function could identify the relationship of them. Thus the corresponding of connections between neurons situation and dynamic characteristics could be mapped out. The results show that the cross- correlation function can describe the structure of neuronal network and the dynamic characteristics of activities of neurons. And it indicates that this function can help us to understand the activities of the neurons group in comprehensive information processing and coding.
