摘 要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定多维铁口服溶液中维生素B1含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为离子对溶液(含1.5 mmol·L^-12戊烷磺酸钠和3.4 mmol·L^-12庚烷磺酸钠的0.24%三乙胺溶液,用冰醋酸调节pH值至3.0)-甲醇(80∶20),检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,进样量为10μL。结果:维生素B1检测浓度的线性范围分别为4.87~24.9(r=0.999 3);平均回收率分别为103.3%(RSD=0.5%)。结论:本方法简便准确、灵敏度高、结果可靠,可用于该制剂中维生素B1的含量测定。Objective: Establish the method to determine vitamin B1 in duoweitie oral liquid by HPLC. Method: Column is C18, mobile phase is ion pair solution ( containing 1.5mmol/L of sodium pentanesulfonate and 3.4mmol/L of sodium heptanesulfonate and 0. 24% of triethylamine solution. Its pH is adjusted to 3 by glacial acetic acid ) - methanol (80: 20) . Detection wave is 254nm, flow rate is 1.0mL/min. Sample size is 10μL Result: A linear range of B1 concentration is from 4.81 μg/mL to 24.6μg/mL (r = 0. 9993 ) . Average recovery is 103.3% (RSD is 0. 5% ) . Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, high -sensitive and the results are reliable, which can be applied to determine vitaminB1 in duoweitie oral liquid.
