满铁附属地日本人小学校教育述评

摘　　要：满铁附属地日本人小学校教育依据《小学校令》以及文部省令的规定执行,根据贯彻"以满蒙为中心"教育方针的特殊需要,在教育内容上结合了我国东北地区的特点,将中国语及体育作为重要学科列入课程设置之内。其目的就是尽可能更多地培养将来能永住东北大地的健康的日本人,并通过努力确保日本人在东北的牢固地位,使之更好地进行殖民统治。The education of Japanese primary school in Manchuria railway-attached land is in accordance with The Regulation of Primary Education and some relevant rules issued by Japanese Ministry of Education. However,in order to meet the special requirement by the ＂Manchuria-Mongolia-centered ＂educational policy, the curriculum designers also put the special curriculums in the Northeast China into their consideration,t-hat is, they incorporate Chinese and PE as one of important curriculums in their design. The purpose of such design is to foster a new generation who could live healthily and adapt to the Northeast of China in a long term. And they hope the new generation could make all their efforts to ensure Japanese influence and strategic importance in the Northeast area and to pave road to further rules of possible colony in China. Consequently,we could draw the conclusion that their curriculum design is a kind of obvious invasion to education of China and even to the sovereignty of China.
