摘 要:目的探讨不同时间点尿蛋白/尿肌酐(Upro/Ucr)值与24h尿蛋白定量(24hpro)的相关性。方法选取本院住院及门诊肾脏病患者104例(312份尿标本),将晨尿与随机尿Upro/Uer与24h尿蛋白定量进行相关性分析;晨尿与随机尿Upro/Ucr进行差异分析。结果晨尿、随机尿Upro/Ucr与24h尿蛋白定量呈正相关(r晨尿=0.83,P〈0.01;r随机=0.65,P〈0.01)。晨尿与随机尿比较Upro/Ucr差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论晨尿或随机尿Upro/Ucr值可替代24h尿蛋白定量,用于监测肾脏病患者尿蛋白排泄情况。Objective To approach the correlation between 24 hours total urine protein and ufine protein/urine creatinine at different time. Methods Selected 104 patients (312 examples of urine al- iquot)of inpatient and out- patient in our hospital, analyzed the correlation between urine protein/urine creatinine of urina sanguinis(US) and urine at random (UR)and 24 hours total urine protein and the difference between the urine protein/urine creatinine of US and that of UR. Results There was significant positive correlation between 24 hours total urine protein and urine protein/urine creatinine of US and UR ( r us =0.83, P 〈0. 001; r UB =0.65, P 〈0. 01). There was no statistical significant between urine protein/urine creatinine of US and that of UR ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Twenty - four hours total urine protein can be replaced by the urine protein/urine creatinine of US or UR for monitoring the excretion of urine protein of patients with kidney desease.
