摘 要:针对六四式铁路军用梁在应急抢修与工程应用中出现的不足,提出在保证既有战术、技术条件的前提下,可做如下改进:调整轨型、改善耳板构造、增加拼装框架功能、提高再分桁架强度、改进端构架尾部连接、减少销孔挠度等。以上设计改进能大大提高器材的战技术性能,增加使用功能,扩大使用范围,简化构造细节,使之更适合未来战时抢修要求和尽可能改善平时使用条件,同时实现了与普通型六四梁的通用。Aiming at overcoming the shortcomings of type-64 railway military girders in emergency rush-repair and engineering application, put forward in the paper are the following improving measures, which can ensure both the present existing tactical and technical requirements: regulating the track type, improving the formation of the ear slab, increasing the frame-assembling functions, improving the strength of the sub-divided trusses, improving the end-joining of the end frame, reducing the deflexion of the pin holes, etc. The above-mentioned design and improvement may greatly improve the tactical and technical performance of the equipment, increase its functions in use, expand its application range, simplify its structural details, and make it more suitable in meeting the rush-repair requirements at future wartime, and interchangeable with the ordinary type-64 military girders.
