摘 要:比较了防风完整种子与种仁的发芽率和吸水率,测定了防风种子粗提液对白菜、小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制活性;运用原位试验方法探讨了防风种子萌发与内源抑制物质之间的关系。结果表明:防风种子休眠与种皮关系不大,种子中存在的内源抑制物质是造成防风种子发芽率低、出苗缓慢的主要原因。The germination percentage and water-absorbing capacity of seeds and kernels of Saposhnikavia divaricata were compared. The inhibitory activities of extraction solution from X divaricata seeds against seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage (Brassica chinensis) and wheat (Triticum aestivum) were also studied. The effect of endogenous inhibitory substance on seed germination in situ was discussed. Results show that, endogenous inhibitory substance, not testa, is the main factor that resuhs in seed dormancy, low germination percentage and slow sprouting of S. divaricata seeds after seeding.
