摘 要:以北京市不同健康程度的行道树银杏作为试验对象,研究了行道树土壤微生物的数量及作用强度。结果表明:健康银杏树与衰弱银杏树立地(根际和非根际)土壤中微生物数量、土壤养分含量、土壤微生物作用强度三者的变化趋势一致,且表现出明显的根际效应。健康银杏树立地土壤中的微生物数量、土壤养分含量、土壤微生物作用强度均高于衰弱树。An experiment was conducted to study the relationship between microbial density and microbial activity in soil under roadside trees of Ginkgo biloba at different levels of health in Beijing. Results show that microbial density, nutrient content and microbial activity in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil under both the healthy gingko tree and the feeble gingko tree had the same change tendencies, and an obvious rhizosphere effect was also found. The microbial density, nutrient content and microbial activity in the soil under healthy gingko trees were higher than those of feeble tree.
