摘  要:通过对步进梁式加热炉在正常生产过程中极易出现故障的关键部位优化改造,消除了安全隐患,解决了困扰步进梁式加热炉高效运行的瓶颈环节,使得步进梁式加热炉运行更加稳定可靠。对步进梁式加热炉完善设计提供重要技术依据,具有推广应用价值。The hiding safety trouble is eliminated and some bottle-neck factors are resolved through optimization and modification for some critical parts with more malfunction during operation of reheating furnace, which make the reheating furnace's operation stable and reliable. It also provides technical support for the optimizing design of reheating furnace and is worth of widely application.
