摘  要:理论上阐述了水下推进器不锈钢叶片的腐蚀机理,详细分析了影响不锈钢叶片过流表面腐蚀的各种因素。结合700QJB-280型水下推进器叶片腐蚀实例,以及污水处理厂多年运行实践,重点在合理选材、提高介质流速、涂层保护、表面清洗等方面,提出了防止水下推进器叶片腐蚀的几项技术措施,并列举了修复被腐蚀叶片的实用方法,旨在延长其有效的使用寿命。The factors affecting corrosion of the underwater propeller stainless steel blades is expounded theoretically. Various the stainless steel blade over-current corrosion on the surface are analyzed in detail. Combining with the example of 700QJB-280-underwater propeller blade corrosion, and based on the running practice in wastewater treatment plants, the focuses are on reasonable material selection, improvement of medium flow rate, protection of coatings, and surface cleaning. A number of technical measures for preventing such corrosion are put forward. Some practical methods for repairing the corroded blades are given, in order to prolong the service life of the blades effectively.
