摘　　要：目的:建立壮阳制剂中非法掺入的豪莫西地那非的专属性检测方法。方法:壮阳制剂的提取液通过液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱分析,利用相对分子质量、二级质谱碎片信息、液相色谱保留时间3方面信息,对壮阳制剂制剂中非法掺入的西地那非衍生物豪莫西地那非进行定性鉴别。结果:在受试壮阳制剂中,有1种被检测到掺有豪莫西地那非。结论:该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为壮阳制剂中非法掺入豪莫西地那非的有效检测方法。Objective： To develop a specific method for the identification of homosildenafil illegally added into anti-impotence preparations. Method： The liquid chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometry method was used. After separated by HPLC, the organic extraction of the sample was analyzed. The compounds illegally added into anti-impotence preparations were identified according to the spectrum,chromatographic behavior and mass spectral data by comparison with those of reference substances. Result： The homosildenafil was found in anti-impotence preparations. Conclusion： The method is selective, and sensitive, it can be used for detect homosildenafil illegally added into anti-impotence drugs and health products.
