摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定雅静胶囊中厄贝沙坦和氢氯噻嗪的含量。方法:色谱柱:Dianmonsil^(TM) C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.08mol·L^(-1)磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调至pH5.0)(40:60);流速:1ml·min^(-1);紫外检测波长:225nm;进样量:20μl;柱温:25℃。结果:厄贝沙坦和氢氯噻嗪分别在15～135μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9)和1.2～10.8μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9)浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.0%和100.5%。结论:本方法操作简便、快捷,重复性好,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,适用于雅静胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide in Yajing capsules. Method： A DianmonsilTM C18 column （ 250 × 4.6mm, 5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0.08 mol· L^-1 phosphoric acid （adjust pH 5.0 with triethylamine） （40：60）, and detection wavelength was at 225 nm. Result： The linear ranges of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide were 15 - 135 μg· ml ^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9） andl. 2 - 10.8 μg· ml^- 1 （ r = 0.999 9 ）, respectively. The average recoveries were 100.0% and 100.5 %, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, feasible and repeatable. It has supplied theoretical evidence for quality control of Yajing capsules.
