HPLC法测定心吉力克胶囊中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定心吉力克胶囊中的含量。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(85:15),流速:1ml·min^(-1),检测波长:270nm,柱温:室温。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ_A浓度在1.0～15.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为97.90%,RSD为1.42%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便快捷,适于该制剂的含量测定。Objective ： To establish a method for determination of tanshinone ⅡA in Xinjilike capsules by HPLC. Method ： The Kromasil C18 column （250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm）was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water（85：15 ） with 1.0ml-min^-1 of flow rate in ambient temperature. The detection wavelength was at 270 nm. Result： The linear range of tanshinone ⅡA was 1.0 - 15.0μg·ml^-1 （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 98.32% and RSDs was 0.95% （n = 9 ）. Conclusion： The method is simple and quick for determination of this preparations.
