摘　　要：国家实验室是国家创新体系建设的重要组成部分,是国家研究实验基地的骨干。国家实验室宏观管理体制由科技部、依托部门、依托单位等组成,内部管理体制由理事会、室主任、管理委员会和学术委员会组成;其运行机制主要由经费支持、人才队伍建设、公共研究平台支撑和评估机制组成。以上这些从整体上构建一个统筹协调、权责分明、运行高效的管理系统。National laboratory is an important part of national innovation system construction and is the backbone of national experimental researeh base. The macro-management system of national laboratory is mainly constituted by Ministry of Science and Technology, support administration departments, support organizations and other organizations. Its internal management system is mainly constituted by the council, director of laboratory, management committee and academic committee. Its operation mechanism is mainly constituted by the investment support, talents construction, public research platform and evaluation mechanism. The above-mentioned items construct a management system of overall coordination, clear right-duty clarification and efficient performance.
