浅析锅炉气化小油枪点火稳燃技术在徐塘电厂300 MW机组上的应用

摘　　要：介绍了气化小油枪点火及稳燃技术的工作原理、系统构成和改造方案,并针对该技术在大唐江苏徐塘发电有限责任公司4台300 MW机组上的应用情况,阐述了锅炉气化小油枪点火稳燃技术的优势。结果表明,锅炉气化小油枪点火稳燃技术作为一种能应用于电站大型锅炉启动、停止以及低负荷稳燃的新型节油技术,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。The working principle, system constitution and transformation program of the stabilized combustion technique of vaporized oil-gnn ignition are introduced. According to its application on 4 × 300 MW power generators of Jiangsu Xutang Power Generation Co., Ltd., the advantages of the technique are expounded. The results indicate that the stabilized combustion technique of vaporized oil-gun ignition, as a new oil-saving technique used in start and stop of larger scale boiler in power plant as well as stable combustion of low load, has notable economic and social benefits.
