摘　　要：针对原油劣质化程度的加剧,石家庄炼化分公司采取的技改措施主要是对催化裂化进行MIP改造和对二催化汽油、一催化MIP汽油混合进行OCT-M技术处理,最终使得产品质量满足了出厂要求。文中对石家庄炼化分公司MIP改造、OCT-M工业应用进行全面总结,指出MIP改造、OCT-M工业应用是我国传统炼油厂生产清洁汽油的较好解决方案。Considering the intensification of crude oil quality deterioration,the technical measures adopted by Shijiazhuang Oil Refining & Chemical Company were performing MIP modification to FCC units and making OCT-M technical treatment to the blended gasoline from FCC 2 and FCC 1,which finally made the product quality meet the requirement for leaving the refinery.This paper comprehensively summarized the MIP modification and OCT-M's commercial application,and pointed out that the MIP modification and OCT-M's commercial application is a good solution for China's traditional refineries to produce clean gasoline.
