摘　　要：文中对焦炭塔热处理的目的、方法和工艺系统进行了阐述。整个热处理过程采用PC—WK型集散控制系统对热处理温度进行智能化测量和控制,并对整体热处理的控温系统的监测和热工计算进行了分析,该热处理方法在施工中取得了理想效果。In this paper,the purpose,method and process system for the heat treatment of coke tower are expounded.One set of PC-WK distributed control system is used in the whole heat treatment system for the intelligent measurement and control of the heat treatment temperature,and analyses are made on the monitoring and heat engineering calculation of the temperature control system for the integral heat treatment.
