广东、四川两省规模化肉鸭养殖场病原菌调查研究

摘　　要：采取流行病学、临床症状、病理解剖、病原分离与鉴定系列方法,对2008年5月至2008年11月之间,从广东和四川两省抽样调查的鸭病病原菌进行了研究。从2省6个市县的11个规模化养殖场,采集病死鸭头、肝等病料,接种巧克力LB平板和麦康凯培养基,共获得20株细菌。通过生化反应等系统鉴定,判为大肠杆菌的9株,占42.8%;鸭疫里默氏杆菌的11株,占57.2%。采用玻板凝集实验检测,11株鸭疫里默氏杆菌属于AF型的5株(占45.5%)、DZ型1株(占9.1%)、5株(45.5%)未能定型。with the methods of epidemiology,clinical symptoms,pathological anatomy,isolation and identification , pathogenic bacteria of duck disease was studied from Guangdong and sichuan provinces during May 2008 and November 2008. Six cities and counties from two provinces of the nursery o Brain,liver and other organs of dead ducks were inocullated chocolate LB plate and Macconkey Agar plate,so we prosured 20 strains of bacteria.After the identification of biochemical reaction, 9 strains were E.coli,accounting for 42.8%;11 strains were Riemerella anatipestifer, accounting for 57.2%.After Glass Agglutination Reation for 11 strains EA,5 strains were AF strain,one was DZ strain,the other five strains were unkown..
