水资源价值及其模型浅析

摘　　要：传统的水资源开发利用理念已经造成一系列水生态与环境的问题,加之水资源政策的不完善使得中国正在逼近严重的水危机,而水资源价值是解决这些问题所不可或缺的理论依据。本文首先指出了水资源价值研究的目的与意义,总结分析了目前水资源价值研究的主要理论依据:劳动价值论、效用价值论、地租论和存在价值论等;主要组成内容按照水资源所具有的功能及属性,较为常用的主要有二分型、三分型、四分型和五分型;最后阐述了计算水资源价值的各类模型及其应用实例和适用性,并指出模型所揭示的具体价值类型和各自的不足之处。The traditional utilization concept of water resources has brought about a series of water ecological and environmental problems.The imperfect policies on water resources make China facing serious water crisis.To solve these problems,water resources values are necessary theoretical basis.Firstly,the purpose and meaning of water resources values study have been referred in this paper,and secondly the theoretical basis of water resources values at present has been summarized and discussed,which includes Marx labor theory of value,utility theory of value,rent theory and existence theory of value etc.After the main composition of water resources value model has been summarized,the practical application and applicability of the current research models for calculating water resources value are discussed.Finally the types of value exposed by model study and relevant deficiences are pointed out.
