摘 要:目的:作者对60例脑部疾病患者X线刀治疗前后的脑电图(EEG)、脑电地形图(BEAM)进行了观察和初步探讨。方法:60例患者术前、术后做EEG及BEAM检查,并与CT、MRI、DSA结果对照。结果:53例术后3~4d复查EEG、BEAM,12例(22.64%)无明显变化;41例(77.35%)有不同程度的改变。结论:EEG、BEAM对病灶定位与CT、MRI、DSA基本吻合;虽然EEG、BEAM定位不如CT等方法精确,直观,但能反映出病灶对周围脑组织的影响范围及程度。Objective:Preand postoperative EEG and BEAM were analysed in 60 patients with brain disease treated with Xnife.Methods:The EEG and BEAM were taken in all patients before operation. Postoperative reexamination were taken in 53 patients. Results:The abnormal rate of EEG and BEAM was higher in cerebral AVM and malignant brain tumor patients than in benign brain tumor patients; postoperative EEG and BEAM improved in 10 patients(24.39%), worsened in 16 patients(39.02).Conclusion:The authors considered that the abnormal rate of EEG and BEAM was related to the nature of intracranial lesions. Although the EEG and BEAM were not as accurate as CT and MRI for the localization of intracranial lesions, it could reflect the effect of intracranial lesions on its peripheral brain tissue and provide some information about the changes of electrical activity of brain after resection of intracranial lesion.
