人胎胰岛细胞冷冻保存的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨冷冻保存器官和组织的方法，以求移植择期进行。方法：胎儿胰岛组织经培养后用缓慢冷冻和快速复温的方法，保存３０ｄ，检查胰岛组织的形态和合成释放胰岛素的功能。结果：胰岛细胞仍保持其生物等特性。结论：胎儿胰岛细胞经冷冻后仍保持其生物等特性，为胰岛移植治疗Ⅰ型糖尿病开阔了光明前景。bjective:In　order　to　perform　transplantation　at　any　time,the　method　of　refrigerated　preservative　organ　and　tissue　was　explored.Method:After　being　cultur,the　human　embryo　islet　cells　had　been　preserved　by　slow　refrigerating　and　fast　rewarming　for　30　days.The　morphosis　of　islet　cells　and　the　functions　of　sythetic　and　releasing　insulin　were　examined.Result:Biologic　special　preperty　of　islet　βcells　have　being　still　maintained.Conclusion:After　being　refrigerated,biologic　special　preperty　of　embryo　islet　cells　have　being　maintained,there　will　be　a　brgiht　future　for　treating　AIDD.
