摘　　要：该文以"宜居城市"、"健康城市"两大理念为出发点,以整合城市步行空间和提升城市健康水平为目标,提出了营建完善的步行系统所应采取的规划策略,从而促进城市健康发展。Starting from the two views of ＂livable city＂ and ＂healthy city＂ and taking integrating urban pedestrian space and improving urban healthy level as the goals, this article puts forward the planning strategy of building perfect pedestrian system in order to promote the healthy development of city.
