摘　　要：本文介绍了应用离断的拇指未节指骨回植、邻指动脉巨大岛状皮瓣转移急诊I期再造拇指．该法具有不需吻合血管，不需特殊设备，手术操作简便，时间短，安全，成活率高，且因皮瓣内含有指神经背侧分支，使再过拇指有感觉，而供指感觉不受损，外形、功能均较理想等优点．该法适用于新鲜拇指末节离断伤，无再植条件或无吻合血管技术及条件的拇指再造．本文重点对该手术方法、优缺点及注意事项进行了阐述．A method of reconstruchon of thumb was introduced in the paper, which was used backgrafting for the separated phalangette of thumb and transfered macro island flap of proximal fingerartery for emergent reconstruction of thumb. The advantages of the method needn't blood vesselanastomosis and special apparatus, operation if easy, rate of success is high and the reconsmichonedthumb has sensation. The indication of the method is the fresh separated phalangette of thumb, havn'tcondihon of replantation or havn't technic and condition of anastomosing blood vessel.
