适宜“老有所居”的城市老龄化社会居住环境建设方法研究

摘　　要：该文在分析"老年人居住环境"与"老龄化社会居住环境"建设理念与方法不同特点的基础上,提出了以社区为建设基础的城市老龄化社会居住环境体系的建构方法,强调只有将城市老年人的居住环境融贯在城市社区的人居环境建设之中,才能从真正意义上实现由"分离"到"统合"建设方式的转化,才能科学地营造出适宜"老有所居"的良好生活环境。Through analyzing the difference of construction ideas and measures between ＂seniors dwelling environment＂ and ＂aging society dwelling environment＂, this article suggests the system construction of dwelling environment suitable for city seniors based on community construction, emphasizes that only if the environment for seniors is merged into the whole residential environment construction, could the transformation of construction way from ＂separation＂ to ＂unity＂ is realized in deed, and the ideal living environment for the seniors is built reasonably.
