用生物素探针检测老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者c-myc基因的初步研究

摘　　要：建立生物素—７—ｄＡＴＰ探针，对４４例老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因检测，发现３６例呈阳性杂交反应，明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜００１）；对糖尿病性心脏病与ｃ－ｍｙｃ基因关系亦进行了探讨。生物素探针使用安全、特异性好、保存期长。The biotin-labeled probe had been established and used to detect c-myc gene in 44 cases of elder NIDDM patients.The positive rate was 81 8%(36/44), this result was not concerned with the course of illness and blood sugar level,but it had obvious genetic characterization.The function of c-myc gene was discussed in NIDDM and heart disease.The biotin-labeled probe is safe,specific and longer for preservation.It supplies a new method for gene analysis in elder NIDDM patients.
