霸螨灵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠及其复合污染对土壤微生物呼吸作用影响

摘　　要：采用密闭法研究了霸螨灵和十二烷剂苯磺酸钠(SDBS)单因素及其复合污染对土壤微生物呼吸作用的影响,并对农药使用的安全性进行了评价。结果表明霸螨灵及SDBS单独使用对土壤微生物呼吸作用有激发作用,混合使用对土壤微生物呼吸作用基本无影响,霸螨灵对土壤微生物属低毒级或无实际危害级农药。The effects of fenpyroximate, sodium and its mixture on respiration of soil microbe were studied by closed or direct absorption method.And the environment safety of these pesticides applied to the soil was evaluated, too. The results showed that the single use of fenpyroxim and sodium are stimulating, There were not remarkable differences mixed use of fenpyroximate and sodium results of evaluation indicate that fenpyroximate belongs to the lower poisonous pesticide category to soil microbel.
