摘　　要：业务结构是建筑业产业结构中非常重要的组成部分之一。业务结构的合理与否将对建筑业产业结构产生重大影响。首先介绍了建筑业组织结构的发展历程,并对其现状进行了对比分析。同时,对中外建筑业组织结构进行了比较分析,在此基础上提出了我国建筑业组织结构的未来发展方向,最后提出了有借鉴意义的政策和建议。Operation structure is one of the most important parts of construction industry. Whether the operation structure is reasonable or not will make big effect on the construction industry structure. This paper first reviews the development process of the operation structure in Chinese construction industry and compares the status quo of the construction firms in different operation structure. At the same time, it compares the operation structure between China and foreign developed countries, and then it forecasts the reasonable operation structure and its development trend in the future. Finally, it gives some policies and suggestions.
