摘　　要：针对目前对大学教师的绩效评价中存在的问题,讨论AHP方法在大学教师评价中的应用,并在此基础上建立针对大学中讲授专业课的教师和基础课的教师绩效评价的指标体系,基本上解决了大学教师的综合评价中的评价指标体系和指标权重确定的问题。Due to problems in current comprehensive appraisal of the teachers＂ in universities,discusses the application of regarding the appraisal of the teachers＂ accomplishments in universities with the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process, on which the establishment of the index system regarding the appraisal of both teachers who teach expertise and who teach foundution courses is based, thus the issue of the certainty of comprehensive appraisal indexes and index weight in universities is basically solved.
