ANALYSIS OF SEX PHEROMONE GLAND EXTRACTS OF THE COTTON BOLLWORM IN XINJIANG

摘  要:运用毛细柱气相色谱(GC)和气相色谱质谱联用仪(GCMS)分析了新疆棉铃虫(Helicverpaarmigera)雌蛾性信息素腺体的提取物,并从腺体提取物中鉴定出了4个组分:Z1116∶ALD,Z916∶ALD,16∶ALD和Z1116∶OH。用触角电位(EAG)对4个组分进行测试,结果表明:Z1116∶ALD,Z916∶ALD和Z1116∶OH有明显的EAG反应;16∶ALD的EAG反应值较小。在相同方法条件下,还分析测定了新疆、山西两地棉铃虫腺体提取物中各组分相对比例的差异,结果显示:16∶ALD的相对比例新疆(10.08%)高于山西(5.70%);而Z916∶ALD的相对比例新疆(4.68%)低于山西(9.85%);Z1116∶OH的相对比例在两地无明显差异。The female sex pheromone gland extracts of Helicoverpa armigera in Xinjiang were examined by GC and GC MS analysis. Four compounds were indentified:(Z) 11 hexadecenal (Z11 16∶ALD), (Z) 9 hexadecenal (Z9 16∶ALD), hexadecanal (16∶ALD), and (Z) 11 hexadecenol (Z11 16∶OH). Hexadecanal (16∶ALD) induced the lowest EAG responses in the four compounds. With the same method, the relative composition of the gland extracts of cotton bollworm in two regions (Shanxi Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region) were detected in order to show the difference between them. The results showed that the relative proportion of 16∶ALD was higher in Xinjiang (10.08%) than in Shanxi (5.71%). But the relative proportion of Z11 16∶OH showed no distinct difference between the two regions.
