摘　　要：采购成本是企业经营成本中最大的一部分,降低成本是企业生存发展之路。2008年以来,钢铁行业经历了先盈利后亏损的局面,采购成本的变化是一个主要因素。主动把握市场变化趋势,积极应对,理清2009年铁精矿粉的采购思路,对包钢的生存发展有积极意义。Purchase cost is the most part in the cost management, so reducing cost is very important for enterprise developr ment .Since the third season of this year, the iron and steel industry has the experience of switching from profit to loss beeattse of the changeable purchase cost. So, mastering the market＇s change tendency and confronting it actively, clearing about iron concentrate purchase thought in 2009, will be positive to the survival and development of Baotou Steel.
