摘 要:通过在SnO2中分别掺杂质量分数3%的MgO、ZnO和La2O3,考察其对SnO2气敏性能和催化性能的影响,讨论了元件的选择性、灵敏度与材料催化活性间的关系。300℃时,掺杂MgO和La2O3分别使乙醇的灵敏度由11.1增加至41.5和55.2,同时乙醇的转化率由84.5%提高至91.5%和100.0%,而对甲烷的灵敏度和催化活性均无影响。表明气体反应强烈影响其灵敏度,乙醇的灵敏度与其反应的耗氧率呈近似线性关系。Inspected was the effect of metal oxide on the gas-sensing and catalytic properties of SnO2doped by mass fraction 3% MgO, ZnO and La2O3, respectively. The relationship between the catalytic activity and the selectivity and sensitivity was discussed. The sensitivity to C2H5OH increases from 11.1 to 41.5 and 55.2 at 300 ℃ by doping MgO and La2O3, respectively. The conversion rate of C2H5OH increases from 84.5% to 91.5% and 100.0%, however, the oxides have no effect on the catalytic activity and sensitivity to CH4. The results show that the sensitivity is Strongly influenced by the catalytic oxidation reaction on the surface of SnO2. There is a nearly line relationship between the sensitivity to C2H5OH and oxygen consumption rate of the oxidation reaction.
