摘  要:主电路采用有源箝位单端正激电路拓扑结构,有效的降低了开关管电压应力,实现了零电压开关,减少了电磁干扰,可以在占空比大于0.5的情况下工作,此外,还可实现变压器铁芯的磁复位。详细分析了有源箝位正激变换器的基本工作状态与原理,对主电路的变压器、输出滤波电路、箝位电容电压与箝位电容等关键参数进行了详细的分析与设计。控制电路采用基于单周期控制技术的芯片IR1150作为主控芯片。分析了系统电压、电流双闭环的控制原理,并对控制系统的电流环、电压环进行了分析与设计,得出了系统的开环传递函数。研制了一台120W的实验样机,实验结果表明,该电路具有结构简单、效率高、输入电压范围宽、动态响应好等优点,而且所提出的变换器实现了零电压开关,降低了开关管的电压应力,从而验证了理论分析的正确性。An active clamped single-ended forward converter topology is used as its main circuit. The proposed converter offers many advantages including lowered voltage stress on switch, the ability to switch at zero voltage, reduced EMI, enable operation above 0. 5 duty cycle and resetted the magnetic. The main working conditions and basic principle of the forward converter are analyzed. Some key parameters of the main circuit such as transformer, the output filter circuit, clamping capacitor voltage and clamping capacitor, are analyzed and designed respectively in detail. The IRI150 control IC based on one cycle control is used as main control chip. System current and voltage double closed loop control principle of the proposed converter is introduced. Furthermore, the current loop and the voltage loop are analysis and designed. Then the system open-loop transfer function is derived. Experimental results of the designed 120W prototype prove that the active clamp forward converter designed is rational and reliable, it has some advantages such as simple circuit, high efficiency, wide range of input voltage, fast dynamic response and so on. What' s more, it lowers voltage stress on the switch and realizes zero voltage switching (ZVS) for main switch and clamping switch.
