摘　　要：从世界范围来看,动漫产业已经成为发展潜力巨大的"朝阳"文化产业,而中国动漫产业发展才刚刚起步。文章利用波特钻石模型对中国动漫产业的国际竞争力现状进行了分析,认为中国动漫产业机遇与挑战并存。只有联合政府、企业和行业协会的力量,同时积极争取国际合作,才能真正提高中国动漫产业国际竞争力,以供商榷。In today＇s world, animation industry is known as a sunrise industry with great potential of development. However, the development of such an industry in China has just started. In this paper, the author tries to use Porter＇s Diamond Model to analyze the international competitiveness of China＇s animation industry. It concludes that China＇s animation industry is faced with both great opportunities and challenges. According to this condition, the paper points out that only to try to combine the strengths of government, companies and society, and to actively promote international cooperation can China truly improve the international competitiveness of its animation industry.
