稠油延迟焦化装置提高汽油柴油收率的措施

摘　　要：中国石油天然气股份有限公司克拉玛依石化分公司稠油延迟焦化装置的焦化蜡油由于氮含量高而不能作为催化裂化原料，为此采取了减少焦化蜡油收率、最大限度提高焦化汽油和柴油收率的措施。这些措施有：增设蜡油汽提塔；将分馏塔底脱过热段的人字形换热挡板更换成抗堵格栅填料，并增设上下进料抗堵分配器；降低循环比；降低分馏系统压力和控制焦炭塔急冷油的注入量等。采用这些措施后汽油和柴油收率明显提高，在减压渣油掺炼率比较小的情况下汽油和柴油的收率可以增加2—4个百分点；在减压渣油掺炼率接近45％的情况下仍然可以增加汽油和柴油的收率2～3个百分点，降低蜡油收率2个百分点左右，每年可产生效益7486×10^4RMB￥。The coker gas oil （CGO） from viscous crude delayed coking unit in PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company could not be used as FCCU feed because of its high nitrogen content. To deal with this problem, effective measures were taken to reduce CGO yield and maximize gasoline and diesel productions. These measure were addition of gas oil stripper, replacement of shed decks with grid packings in the de-super- heating section of the fractionator bottom, installation of upper and lower feed distributors, reduction of recycle ratio, lowering of fractionator system pressure and control of quench oil into coker drum. After implementation of these measures, the productions of gasoline and diesel have been obviously increased, the gasoline and diesel yields are increased by 2% -4% at a small mixing ratio of vacuum residue oil, the gasoline and diesel yields are raised by 2% -3% even when the mixing ratio of vacuum residue is close to 45%. At the same time, the gas oil yield is reduced by 2%, and the annual economic benefits is 74.86 million Yuan RMB.
