摘  要:总结了近几年来10几套大型延迟焦化装置双面辐射加热炉设计中耐火砖选用的经验。美国和中国的标准对隔热耐火砖的分类基本相同,都是按加热永久线变化率不大于2%的试验温度分级,并规定了密度。国内参照美国标准生产的轻质隔热耐火砖业内俗称"美标砖",它与中国标准规定的高铝质隔热耐火砖相比,导热系数较低,热稳定性较好,砖的每一个面均经过机械加工至需要的准确尺寸,性能参数表还增加了一项热震稳定性试验数值。选用参照美国标准ASTM C155生产的轻质隔热耐火砖设计并已投产的延迟焦化加热炉,最长的运转年限已有5年之久,没有发现耐火砖有粉化、脱落、断裂和表面裂纹现象。The experience in the selection of firebricks in the design of double-radiant furnaces for over 10 large delayed coking units is summarized. In applicable US and Chinese standards, the classification of insulating firebricks is substantially same, i e, the insulating firebricks are classified based upon the temperature with permanent linear reheat change no greater than 2% and bulk density is specified. The light insulating firebricks manufactured by Chinese vendors in accordance with US standard is low in heat conductivity and good in thermal stability as compared with high-aluminum firebricks made based upon Chinese standard. Every side of the brick is mechanically machined to the exact required size and additional thermal shock resistance test is performed in the performance tests. The delayed coker furnaces with light insulating firebricks manufactured with US standard ASTM C155 have been running for 5 years without efflorescence, spalling, breaking and cracking.
