摘  要:利用高速旋转圆盘对船用螺旋桨材料ZCuAl8Mn14Fe3Ni2合金进行空蚀、冲蚀和磨蚀试验。结果表明,ZCuAl8Mn14Fe3Ni2合金的磨蚀率为16.38mm3/h,高于纯空蚀率和纯冲蚀率,其中空蚀与冲蚀交互作用所造成的损失率占到磨蚀率的56.96%。磨蚀试样的表面形貌和粗糙度接近于冲蚀试样表面,说明在磨蚀过程中,冲蚀和空蚀的交互作用主要表现在空化改变了沙粒的冲击方向,促进了冲蚀过程,使损伤程度增大。The cavitation, sand-abrasion and cavitation-abrasion of ZCuAl8Mnl4Fe3Ni2 alloy were investigated using rotating disc equipment. The eroded surfaces were observed by SEM and the roughness of the surfaces was studied. The results show that cavitation-abrasion rate of ZCuAl8Mn14Fe3Ni2 alloy is 16.38 rmn3/h, which is higher than pure cavitation rate and pure sand-abrasion rate. The contribution of the synergism between cavitation and sand-abrasion to cavitation-abrasion amounts to 56.96%. The surface morphology and roughness of cavitation-abrasion specimen are similar to those of sand-abrasion specimen. It is shown that during cavitation-abrasion, the synergistic effect of cavitation and sand-abrasion is mainly that cavitating changes the impact direction of sand, and accelerates sand-abrasion, resulting in serious damage.
