摘  要:研究了7050高强铝合金进行强化固溶处理时第二相的溶解与扩散情况以及人工时效处理后合金组织性能的改变。结果表明,通过强化固溶处理,逐步提高固溶温度,可使温度超过多相共晶熔点而不发生组织过烧现象。强化固溶后的合金组织中的第二相尺寸和数量均明显减少,且晶粒并未长大,基体固溶程度比普通固溶处理有很大提高,经过淬火后合金的过饱和程度显著增加,增大了时效驱动力。T6人工时效处理后的组织析出相颗粒细小,呈均匀弥散分布,其拉伸性能较普通固溶处理的组织有很大提高,而伸长率基本保持不变,强化固溶后粗大未溶第二相引起的晶内韧窝断裂减少,沿晶断裂增加。The dissolution and diffusion of the second phases of 7050 high strength aluminum alloy during strengthening solid solution treatment was studied, the change of the microstructure and mechanical properties after the aging heat treatment was also studied. The results show that the temperature-incremental solution heat treatment can make the solution temperature higher compared with the multi-phase eutectic temperature without the formation of overheated structure. After strengthening solution treatment, the volume and size of the second phases decrease obviously, thegrains do not grow larger, the solid solubility and the saturation increase largely, which make the driving energy greater. After T6 aging, the grains of precipitated phase are small and dispersive, and the mechanical properties increase largely, the elongation percentage does not change. The number of inter-crystalline dimple failures are caused by strengthening solution heat treatment decreasing, and the number of intergranular failures increases.
